May: A Month of Racing Excitement in Indianapolis
May in Indianapolis is all about the Indianapolis 500, one of the most prestigious and historic events in motorsports. The race, often called the “Indy 500,” has taken place annually since 1911, making it one of the oldest automobile races in the world. The event is deeply woven into the culture and identity of Indianapolis – home of Litho Press!
Throughout May, there are numerous events and activities leading up to the big race. This includes practice sessions, qualifying rounds, community events, concerts, and more. The main event, the Indianapolis 500 race, is held on the Sunday before Memorial Day and attracts hundreds of thousands of spectators to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The race features 33 drivers competing in open-wheel, single-seater cars, covering a distance of 500 miles (over 200 laps) on the iconic 2.5-mile oval track.

Litho Press is proud to announce our new sponsorship of Sting Ray Robb, a 22-year-old dynamo in the NTT IndyCar Series. We’ve always been actively involved in the Indy 500 by supporting race car drivers, and we’re excited to back Sting Ray Robb this year.
Sting Ray Robb visited our Litho Press team for a meet-and-greet, sharing his thrilling experiences on the track and providing insights into his racing career. We also had the opportunity to print a life-sized corrugated cutout of Sting Ray Robb, which, if we do say so ourselves, turned out perfectly.
